Sharon E. Muha is a writer and creator who lives with her husband and son in North Carolina. She holds a third-degree black belt in women’s self-defense, and her favorite forms of exercise include walking, dancing, aerobic weight training, and kickboxing (even though all four cause her pain now).
These days, you can usually find her thinking (about the books she’s currently writing or the next health tracker she wants to create) or at the computer actually working on said books and trackers. Her hobbies include reading, planner stickers, and watching YouTube videos to learn about anything and everything. She hopes to one day add back in cross-stitch to her life and eventually learn how to crochet.
Her passion in life is to help others whenever she can.
