Weekly Habit Tracker

This 4”x6” habit tracker not only provides the user a weekly checklist of habits they might want to include in their daily life, it also gives them a place to track activities they need to include to reach deadlines or achieve better physical or mental health.

Items to track can include:

  • Physical therapy exercises

  • Daily medications

  • Training activities (races, martial arts belts, etc.)

  • Refilling-the-well (energy generating) activities
