Weekly Symptoms Tracker

This 4”x6” tracker can be used to help track down food allergies, food sensitivities, migraine triggers, inflammation triggers, etc. The tracker is set up like a habit tracker but allows the user to record symptoms, foods, environment (weather, pollen, dust, etc.), and anything else the user experiences during the day.

Symptoms that can be tracked include:

  • Headaches

  • Skin irritations

  • Inflammation

  • Gastrointestinal problems

  • Sinus issues

  • Muscle/nerve pain


Triggers can include ingredients in foods, lotions, and skin care items:

  • Milk

  • Casein

  • Gluten

  • Cheese

  • Eggs (including lecithin)

  • Soy (can cause inflammation in people who are sensitive to it)

  • Peanuts

  • Tree nuts

  • Fish

  • Shellfish

  • MSG (monosodium glutamate)

  • Maltodextrin

  • Yeast extract

  • Sesame seeds

  • Flax seeds

  • Shea butter (butyrospermum parkii) - tree nut

  • Argan oil - tree nut

  • Coconut (separate from tree nuts)

  • Tannins (found in wines, fruits, and vegetables)

  • Nitrates/nitrites (found in meats)

  • Sugar (can cause inflammation in people who are sensitive to it)

Or items in your environment:

  • Medications

  • Vitamins and supplements (including fillers and inactive ingredients)

  • Pollen

  • Dust and dust mites

  • Weather

  • Odors
